Brainmaxxed

Terms of Use

Effective date: 18 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Brainmaxxed ("we", "us") about your use of the Brainmaxxed app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

What the app is

Brainmaxxed is a set of short brain-training games, with trends and streaks built from your own rounds, plus a small library of everyday habit ideas. It is for entertainment and general wellbeing.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or modify the app, reverse-engineer or decompile it, or take its content for another product, except where the law says you may.

Price, the purchase and restoring it

We may change what the free plan includes, and the price of future purchases, at any time. A purchase you have already made is not affected by those changes.

Apple

The App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply to the app. If they conflict with these terms, Apple's terms and applicable law prevail to the extent of the conflict. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.

No medical advice

Brainmaxxed is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. A score measures how you did on those games in that session; it is not an IQ test, a clinical assessment or a measure of your intelligence, and it can vary with sleep, device and interruptions. The habit ideas are general suggestions, not personal advice. Do not use the app to make medical decisions — talk to a qualified professional about your health.

Availability, changes and data loss

We may add, change or remove features, and we may release updates that need a newer operating system version. We try to keep the app working, but it is provided as it is: we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or discontinue it. If we discontinue it, we will say so on this page.

Your history lives on your device only. Using Delete all my data, or deleting the app, is permanent; we cannot restore it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it, try to get around the purchase, or access it by automated means.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, and a dispute can be brought before the courts that apply there. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version published on this page is the one that applies from that date. If a change is significant, it will be explained here before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using the app; Apple's refund policy still applies to your purchase.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with Apple's terms, are the whole agreement between us about the app.
